Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX/UI Designer with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a creative mindset, and the ability to craft visually stunning interfaces that elevate our brand and delight our users.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to optimize the user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and other design documentation to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and design process.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
